In 1978, the business was purchased by the current owner’s grandfather, and the family legacy has carried on ever since. After decades of hard work and growth, the business was officially renamed in 2004 and passed on again in 2023. Excellent all around. Importantly, I needed a written inspection report -- Wally's was the only company I called that (a) served the area I needed them, and (b) could provide a written report (which was very detailed & w/ photos).

We had Peter from Wallys out to pump our septic and he did a great job. He was very professional and we will be calling again in the future!

Our trailer was used for 2 weeks as an isolation spot for my son and his 2 kids. The tanks filled up faster than we expected. I called Wally in a panic and the next day the truck was here. Tony was polite and very helpful. He did all the awkward bending for me. It was fast and neat. Not a drop spilled from both tanks. Thanks to Wally and Tony. I will recommend them to anyone. 2

While I didn't end up needing to use their service, their responsiveness alone was amazing and warrants this review. They were very busy with an emergency situation, and promised to squeeze me in within a week. They were able to find a spot for me 2 days later, and remained in contact throughout. I didn't end up requiring their service, but I would highly recommend them.

Couldn't ask for better or more personal service. I had a serious plug in my 5th wheel trailer. After trying everything else, I decided to call Wally and see if he could help. His son showed up within 20 min to my trailer park, and within 15 min my rig was unclogged and pumped dry. Also, this all transpired at 4:30 on a Friday of one of the last summer weekends. I can't say enough about these guys. You guys are the best!

From the first tank pump to replacing our whole septic system, Wally and Brad were courteous, and professional. Would recommend for any type of septic system issues.
